Our Shipping PolicyUpdated a month ago

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST may be processed on the next business day.
  • Once an order is processed and shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. 
  • Tracking Number can also be provided via SMS if phone number is input at checkout.
  • Custom items will not be marked fulfilled in orders until that item is produced and physically shipped. If you order multiple items, all non-custom items will be shipped immediately. When custom item is ready, we will ship it to you and mark the entire order as fulfilled, 
  • Wait time for production of Custom Headbands and Custom Jerseys typically ranges from 30-45 days. 

Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping across the United States, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. However, certain restrictions apply.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

  • Orders Over $150: Receive Free Shipping to the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories).
  • Orders Under 1lb: Typically shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.
  • Orders Over 1lb: Shipped via UPS Ground.
  • High-Value Shipments Over 1lb: Shipped via FedEx with Signature Authorization for security.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship cases of paintballs to Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii due to shipping restrictions.
  • Orders to Guam, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories do not qualify for free shipping and will be subject to standard shipping rates.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship internationally only to countries without import regulations on paintball equipment.
  • Customers are responsible for any VAT, Duty, Taxes, or Customs Fees required by their country for delivery.
  • International shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
  • If an order is returned due to customs refusal, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for carrier errors that include as mishandled packages, incorrect address deliveries and inefficiency for package tracking, scanning or arrival timelines. 
  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • For lost or damaged shipments, please report the issue to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed. Once a tracking number is issued, the order cannot be canceled.
  • If you need to change an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
