With a standard exchange, we will create your new exchanged item as soon as the eligible item is received back at the HK Army warehouse.

With an instant exchange, your new exchanged item is automatically shipped out once you create your return label. You must send back the initial product within 14 days or your card will be charged in full for the new exchanged item.
